MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pineapple-Dijon Pork Chops
Categories: Pork, Fruits
     Yield: 4 servings

     4    Boneless pork loin chops
          - (4 oz ea); 1/2" thick
   1/2 ts Seasoned salt
     1 tb Oil
   3/4 c  Pineapple preserves
   1/4 c  Chardonnay or chicken broth
     3 tb Dijon mustard

 Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. In a large skillet, heat
 oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.

 In a small bowl, mix preserves, chardonnay, and mustard; add to
 pan. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5-7 minutes. Let stand
 5 minutes before serving.
