   1/2 c  A-P flour
          Salt & pepper
     4    Bone-in pork loin chops
          - (7 oz ea)
     2 tb Butter
   1/4 c  Cider vinegar
   1/3 c  Maple syrup

corn starch and water until smooth; gradually add to maple mixture.

from the heat until sugar is melted, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle with
 maple glaze.
