4 Center cut pork chops (1/2" thick); up to 5
2 Jalepenos; seeded and chopped
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/3 c Honey
2 tb Oil
1 ts Salt
1/3 ts Allspice
1/3 ts Thyme
Put chops in large ziploc bag. Combine other ingredients in food
processor and blend for about 30 seconds. Pour over chops and
marinate for 2 hours.
Prepare medium fire on grill and grill chops directly over coals.
Meanwhile heat leftover marinade in saucepan to boiling, allow to
cool, and baste chops for last 5 minutes of grill time.
