     Title: Coating Mix For Pork Chops
Categories: Mix, Shake&bake
     Yield: 6 servings

MMMMM--------------------------FOR PORK-------------------------------
   1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs
   1/2 c  Corn flake crumbs
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Ground black pepper
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Basil
   1/2 ts Dried celery seed
   1/2 ts Paprika
   1/4 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Onion powder
     1 tb Buttermilk powder

MMMMM----------------------FOR CHICKEN ADD---------------------------
   1/2 ts Sage
   1/2 ts Thyme

 Blend all ingredients in plastic bag and shake well to combine.
 Dip pork chops in water or egg to moisten, shake &
 bake in 400 degree F oven until done through, about 45 minutes.

 Coating is cover 6 pork chops

 Coating for chicken is sufficient for one frying chicken.
