                            Chili Pork Chops

  1      md            Tomato -- seeded and cubed
 16      oz            Can whole kernel corn
 15      oz            Can black beans -- rinsed and drained
  1      tb            Fresh cilantro -- chopped
  1      tb            Fresh lime juice
    1/2  ts            Sugar
  1      ts            Salt
  1      tb            Flour
  1      tb            Chili powder
  4      sm            Pork chops -- 1/2" thick
  1      tb            Margarine
                       Cilantro or parsley -- for garnish

In a large bowl combine tomato, corn, black beans, cilantro, lime
juice, sugar and 1/2 ts salt; set aside.

On waxed paper, combine flour, chili powder and 1/2 ts salt. Coat
pork chops with chili powder mixture.

In nonstick 12" skillet, heat margarine over medium heat; add pork
chops and cook about 8 minutes or until tender and pork just loses
its pink color.

Serve pork chops with corn salad.
