1/4 c Butter
1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
3 tb Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Egg
2 tb Milk
6 Pork chops
Melt butter in shallow baking dish in oven. In bowl combine crumbs,
cheese, salt and pepper. In separate bowl mix milk and egg. Coat
chops in crumb mixture then in the egg mixture then back in crumb
mixture. Put in buttered dish 350 degrees F for 30 minutes then
carefully turn them and cook another 30 minutes.
