MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cheesy Meat Loaf
Categories: Beef, Cheese, Vegetables, Grains, Dairy
     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lg Egg
   3/4 c  Whole milk
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Quick-cooking oats
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 lb Ground beef
   2/3 c  Ketchup
   1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed
 1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard

 In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats,
 onion, and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into
 8 loaves; place in a greased 13x9" baking dish. In a small bowl,
 combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; spoon over loaves.

 Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for 25 to 30 minutes or until no
 pink remains.
