MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Vegetable Meat Loaf

     Yield: 2 servings

   1/2 lb Ground beef
     1 sl Bread; in small pieces
     1 lg Egg; beaten
   1/4 c  Carrot; shredded
     2 tb Onion; fine chopped
     2 tb Bell pepper; fine chopped
     2 tb Celery; fine chopped
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 ds Pepper
     1 ds Garlic powder
     5 tb Chili sauce or ketchup;
          - divided

 In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread, egg, carrot, onion, green
 pepper, celery, seasonings, and 2 tb chili sauce.

 Form into a loaf in an ungreased 5-3/4 x 3 x 2" loaf pan. Spoon
 remaining chili sauce over loaf. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for
 45-50 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
