MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Ham Loaf
Categories: Pork, Dairy
     Yield: 8 servings

     2 lg Eggs
     1 c  Milk
     1 c  Dry bread crumbs
   1/4 ts Pepper
 1 1/2 lb Ham; fully cooked ham, ground
   1/2 lb Ground pork

MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
   1/3 c  Brown sugar; packed
   1/4 c  Cider vinegar
   1/2 ts Ground mustard
     2 tb Water

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, bread crumbs,
 and pepper. Add ham and pork; mix well. Transfer to a
 9x5" loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes.

 Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients; spoon over loaf.
 Bake until a thermometer inserted in loaf reads 145 F, 40
 minutes longer, basting occasionally with glaze.
