MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pork Meat Loaf

     Yield: 10 servings

     2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
   3/4 c  Cracker or bread crumbs
   1/2 c  Milk
   1/2 c  Parmesan; +2 tb,
          - grated, divided
   1/4 c  Onion; fine chopped
     1 ts Worcestershire sauce
     1 ts Garlic salt
     1 ts Italian seasoning; divided
     2 lb Ground pork
   1/4 c  Ketchup
          fresh parsley; chopped (optional)

 In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, milk, 1/2 cup
 cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and 1/2 ts
 Italian seasoning. Crumble pork over mixture and mix well. Shape
 into 10 individual loaves.

 Place on a rack in a greased large shallow baking pan. Spread
 ketchup over loaves; sprinkle with remaining cheese and Italian
 seasoning.

 Bake, uncovered @ 350 F/175 C for 45-55 minutes. If desired, serve
 with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
