MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Stovetop Meat Loaves

     Yield: 2 servings

     3 tb Milk
     2 tb Quick-cooking oats
     1 tb Onion; chopped
   1/8 ts Salt
   1/2 lb Lean ground beef
   1/2 ts Corn starch
   1/2 c  Italian tomato sauce
   1/4 c  Water; cold

 In a small bowl, combine the milk, oats, onion and salt.
 Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but
 thoroughly. Shape into 2 loaves.

 In a small nonstick skillet, brown loaves on all sides;
 drain. Combine the corn starch, tomato sauce and water
 until smooth. Pour over meat loaves. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook until meat is
 no longer pink, 15-20 minutes.
