     Title: Rack Of Lamb - DGP

     Yield: 2 Servings

     8    Lamb; ribs trimmed
     2 tb Dijion mustard
     4 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Parsley; chopped
     2 tb Soy sauce
     1 ts Ground pepper
     1 cl Garlic; chopped

 Whisk all ingredients together until it forms a mayonaise
 consistency. Coat Rack of Lamb (both sides). Broil 5 minutes on
 each side. Turn oven to 400 F and bake for 10 minutes for rare or
 15 minutes for medium. Remove from the oven and let the meat rest
 for 5 minutes before carving.
