2 tb Butter
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Mustard powder
2 dr Tabasco sauce
1 ts Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper
2 1/2 lb Venison steaks
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients
& mix well. Bring sauce to boil & remove from heat. Place venison
steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, & broil for 5 minutes; turn
& brush sauce on other side. Broil for 5 minutes or to desired
doneness. Use sauce generously.
