MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rattlesnake Salad
Categories: Salads, Meats, Russian
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 md Rattlesnake; cut up
     2    Bay leaves
     2 cl Garlic
     1 tb Salt; or much less
     1 ts Poultry seasoning
     2 tb Sherry
   1/2    Celery rib; finely diced
     4    Eggs; boiled, diced
   1/2    Onion; finely diced
   1/2 c  Sweet pickles; chopped
     1 c  Mayonnaise

 Combine first 5 ingredients and boil until tender. Chop meat finely
 and mix well with remaining ingredients. Serve on sandwiches or over
 quartered tomatoes and lettuce.
