     1    Onion; chopped
     4 cl Garlic; mashed
     4    Laurel bay leaves
     1 tb La Grille seasoned salt

 Unfrozen roast:

 Cook in a slow cooker at low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

 Frozen roast:

 Cook in a slow cooker at low for 10 hours or high for 6 to 7 hours.
