     Title: Swiss Steak

  Servings:  4

     2 lb Round Or Chuck Steak
   1/2 c  Flour
     2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     3 tb Oil
     1 sm Chopped Onion

 Mix flour, salt and pepper.  Pound thoroughly into steak with meat pounder
 or edge of saucer.  Brown the meat and onion in hot oil.  Cover; cook over
 low heat, or bake in a 350 F oven until tender, about 1-1/2 hours or more.
