Cut meat (chicken or beef) into 1" cubes. Put in ziploc bag with
Italian saladd ressing. Freeze. On camping trip (or the day you
grill) remove meat from freezer and thaw (when camping I put it in a
pan of cold water). Chop up veggies (peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms,
onions) and then put on skewers with meat. Cook over medium coals.
