                           Barbeque Meatballs

  1      lb            Ground beef
    1/2  c             Bread crumbs
  1      ts            Salt
  1                    Egg -- beaten
    1/2  c             Evaporated milk
                       Sauce:
    1/2  c             Catsup
     1/2 c             Chili sauce
  2      tb            Butter
  2      tb            Onion
                       Vinegar -- to taste
                       Brown sugar -- to taste

Mix and shape into balls. Brown meatballs in 1 tb cooking oil. Place
into baking dish.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.

Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes.

Good served over rice.
