     Title: Balsamic Smoked Beef Rounds

     Yield: 6 Servings

    12 sl Bread
   1/4 c  Sour cream (125 ml)
   1/2 ts Horseradish cream
     1 ts Grain mustard
    12 sl Smoked beef
     1 tb Balsamic vinegar
          Cracked black pepper
     1 tb Small basil leaves

 Spread bread slices with combined sour cream, horseradish, and
 mustard.

 Top with smoked beef, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, pepper, and
 basil.
