Remove dough from refrigerator and let rise for 30 to 60 minutes at
room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 F. Saute the onion in 1 tb
margarine until transparent. Add cabbage and cook until soft. Add
beef, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned. Roll out two loaves
of dough, each approximately 1' long, 8" wide. Divide each loaf into
2 equal portions. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions, and fill
each center of dough with 1 portion of meat. Fold the bottom and top
edges of the dough into the center, seal, and fold outer edges, and
place foldside down on greased cookie sheet or baking tray. Brush
tops with butter or margarine. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes,
until bread is golden-brown. Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
