MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Taco Ring

     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lb Ground beef
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 c  Water
     1 oz Env taco seasoning
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
   1/4 c  Salsa
    16 oz Refrigerated crescent rolls
          - (2 tubes)

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add ground beef and onion;
 cook until browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain; place back on heat. Add
 water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low;
 simmer uncovered until mixture thickens, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in
 grated cheese and salsa; set aside.

 Unroll crescent roll on a greased 15x10x1" baking sheet. Separate
 into 16 triangles. Overlap wide ends of each triangle to form a
 ring. Spoon beef mixture over wide ends of dough. Fold points of
 the triangles over filling; tuck points under wide ends. Bake 18 to
 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is heated
 through.
