     Title: Classic Buffet Meatballs

     Yield: 16 Meatballs

     4 cl Garlic; minced
     1 lg Egg
   1/3 c  Breadcrumbs
   1/3 c  Parmesan cheese
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Pepper; fresh cracked
     1 lb Fine ground chuck beef
     2 tb Fresh parsley; finely chopped

 In a large mixing bowl combine the garlic, egg, parsley,
 breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Then add in the beef and
 mix everything until it is well combined.

 Use clean hands to shape the meatballs into 1/2" round circles and
 place on a lined baking sheet.

 Set the oven to 350 F/175 C.

 Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes, rotating them with a
 wooden spoon halfway through.

 Once they meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and allow
 to cool. Then chill them in the fridge until you are ready to place
 in the buffet chafing dish.

 Use a sweet glaze or savoury gravy.

 Doubles or more easily.
