     Title: Garlic Herbed Beef Tenderloin

     Yield: 12 Servings

     3 lb Beef tenderloin roast
     2 ts Olive oil
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Pepper
     1 ts Dried basil
   3/4 ts Dried rosemary; crushed

 Tie tenderloin at 2" intervals with a kitchen string. Combine oil
 and garlic; brush over meat. Combine the salt, pepper, basil, and
 rosemary; sprinkle evenly over meat. Place on a rack in a shallow
 roasting pan.

 Bake, uncovered @ 425 F/218 C until meat reaches desired doneness,
 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
