MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Reuben Brunch Bake

     Yield: 4 servings

     8 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
14 1/2 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well
          - drained
     2 c  Ementhal cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Green onions; chopped
   1/2 c  Milk
     2 oz Thin sliced deli corned
          - beef; in 1" pieces
     1 tb Dijon mustard
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     3 sl Rye bread; toasted, coarse
          - chopped
   1/4 c  Butter; melted

 Combine the first 9 ingredients. Pour into a greased 11x7" baking
 dish. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

 Remove casserole from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake,
 uncovered, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45
 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
