MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Quick Tater Tots Bake

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Ground beef
     1 sm Onion; chopped
          Salt & pepper
    16 oz Frozen Tater Tots
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
   2/3 c  Milk
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
 until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt
 and pepper.

 Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Top with Tater
 Tots. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
 Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or
 until heated through.

 To double just double the ingredients and use a 13x9"
 pan.
