6 egg -- hard cooked
7 1/2 ounces crabmeat -- drained and flaked
1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
1 tblsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup onion -- finely chopped green
1 tblsp. parsley -- minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks and combine with
crabmeat, celery, lemon juice, onions, parsley, mayonnaise and salt. At
serving time, stuff egg whites with mixture.
