                       Broccoli Two Cheese Quiche

    1/2  c             Oil
    1/4  c             Milk
  6      sl            American cheese -- broken into
                       - pieces
  4      sl            Swiss cheese -- broken into
                       - pieces
    1/2  c             Parmesan cheese -- grated
  4                    Eggs
                       Garlic powder -- to taste
 10      oz            frozen chopped broccoli

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain. Beat eggs, add all
ingredients to eggs. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes in 8x8"
greased pan.
