1/2 lb Cheddar or Monterey Jack
- cheese -- grated
4 Eggs -- beaten
12 oz Jar quartered & marinated
- artichoke hearts --
- well drained & chopped fine,
- reserve marinade
6 Green onions -- diced
6 Uneeda biscuits
2 tb Parsley -- minced
1/2 cl Garlic -- minced
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1/8 ts Oregano
Salt & pepper -- to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture
into an 8x8" pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to
45 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into small squares. Reheat at 325 F
for 10 to 12 minutes, if desired.
