First Layer:
1 cn Biscuits
Second Layer:
1 lb Ground beef
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
1 md Vidalia onion; chopped
1 oz Mushrooms; chopped
2 lg Eggs
1/2 ts Italian seasonings
1 ts Parsley
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Pepper
Thirt Layer:
1 c Swiss cheese; grated
1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
3 lg Eggs
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Half and half
First Layer:
Make a pie shell out of the canned biscuits.
Second Layer:
Saute meat, onions and mushrooms in a small amount of oil until
meat is lightly browned, and the onions are limp. Drain off excess
fat and seasonings. Mix well. Remove from heat and add eggs. Mix
well and pour on top of biscuit layer.
