1/2 c  Sweet red pepper; chopped
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     2 tb Olive oil
 1 1/2 c  Ementhal cheese; shredded
     2 tb Dijon mustard
     1 ts Herbes de Provence
     2    Refrigerated pie crust
          - sheets
     1 ts Milk
2 tb Almonds or walnuts; chopped

In a large skillet, saute the leeks, red pepper, and garlic in oil

 leftovers.
