MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Cornbread Chili Pie

     Yield: 6 servings

MMMMM------------------------MEAT FILLING-----------------------------
     1 c  Kidney beans, cooked
     1 md Onion, chopped
     1 lb Hamburger, browned & drained
     1 c  Tomatoes
     1 ts Chili powder
     1 ts Worcestershire sauce

MMMMM----------------------CORNBREAD BATTER---------------------------
   1/2 c  Flour
   1/4 c  Yellow cornmeal
     2 ts Baking powder
     1    Egg (or egg substitute)
   1/2 c  Milk
     2 tb Salad oil

 To prepare cornbread batter:  Mix all ingredients; stir just to
 moisten well.  Meat filling:  Mix all together and simmer 15 minutes.
 Pour into a greased 9-inch square casserole.  Top with cornbread
 batter.  Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cornbread
 tests done.

 Per serving 357 calories; 165 g fat (41% of calories);
 91 mg cholesterol; 197 mg sodium; 3.3 g dietary fiber.
