1 c Chicken broth
Pam cooking spray
1 sm Turkey breast; frozen
Salt and pepper; to taste
Carrots; chunked (opt.)
Potatoes; chunked (opt.)
Onions; chunked (opt.)
Place breast in pot, pour broth over it, add salt and pepper. Cook on
LOW 8-10 hours. NOTE: Vegetables may be placed around and under the
turkey if desired.
