2 tb Cooking oil
3 lb Beef short ribs
1 c BBQ sauce
2 tb Molasses
2 tb White vinegar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 c Onion; chopped
Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add ribs. Brown on all sides. Drain.
Place ribs in 5 qt slow cooker. Mix next 6 ingredients well in
bowl. Stir in onion.
Pour over short ribs. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4
to 5 hours.
