     Title: Slow-Cooked Mesquite Ribs
Categories: Five, Pork, Herbs, Bbq
     Yield: 8 servings

     1 c  Water
     2 tb Cider vinegar
     1 tb Soy sauce
     4 lb Pork baby back ribs; in
          - serving-size portions
     2 tb Mesquite seasoning
   1/2 c  Barbecue sauce

 In a 6 qt slow cooker, mix water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Rub ribs
 with mesquite seasoning; place in slow cooker.

 Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until tender. Remove ribs to a
 platter. Brush with barbecue sauce; return to slow cooker. Cook,
 covered, on low until ribs are glazed, about 30 minutes.
