                          Savory Crockpot Stew

  2      lb            Beef stew meat -- cut into
                       - pieces
    1/4  c             Flour
  1      ts            Paprika
    1/2  ts            Pepper
  1                    Bay leaf
  1      cl            Garlic
  3                    Potatoes -- diced
  1                    Celery rib -- sliced
  2                    Onions -- chopped
  1      ts            Soy sauce
 12      oz            Beef stock

Stir mixture of flour, paprika, and pepper to coat meat in a slow
cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on
high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on
low heat for 10 to 12 hours.

Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
