                        Crockpot Brunswick Stew

                       Part 1:
  2                    Squirrel -- cleaned
  3                    Celery ribs -- cut up
  3                    Carrots -- cut up
  1      lg            Onion -- quartered
                       Part 2:
    1/8  ts            Cayenne pepper
  1      ts            Salt
    1/2  ts            Black pepper
  1      lg            Onion -- chopped
  2                    Carrots -- sliced
  2                    Celery ribs -- sliced
  3                    Potatoes -- diced
 16      oz            Can whole tomatoes
 10      oz            Frozen corn
 18      oz            Bottle hickory smoke BBQ sauce

Part 1:

Place squirrels and vegetables (part 1 ingredients) into crockpot.
Add water to fill pot. Cook on low setting 8 to 12 hours. Discard
vegetables, retaining liquid stock. Remove meat from squirrels,
discarding bones.

Part 2:

Place all (part 2) ingredients into crockpot. Add retained liquid
stock. Cook 6 hours on low setting.
