                     Crock Pot Meatballs with Gravy

  1 1/2  lb            Ground beef
  2      tb            Parsley flakes -- chopped
  1      ts            Onion salt
    1/4  ts            Garlic powder
    1/4  c             Bread crumbs
    1/4  c             Milk
  1                    Egg
  2      pkg           Brown gravy mix
                       Fluffly rice -- hot

Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1" meatballs. Brown in a skillet.
Drain fat. Place in a Crock-Pot. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours
or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as
directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice.

Yield: 6 Servings
