                     Creamy Chicken and Ham Medley

 14      oz            Can sliced mushrooms -- drained
    1/3  c             Butter
    1/3  c             All-purpose flour
  2 1/2  c             Milk
  1      c             Parmesan cheese -- grated
    1/2  ts            Salt
    1/4  ts            Black pepper
    1/4  ts            Nutmeg
  1      ds            Ground red pepper
  2      c             Cooked chicken -- chopped
  2      c             Cooked ham -- chopped
 20      oz            Frozen puff pastry shells --
                       - baked
                       Paprika

Melt margarine in Crock-Pot; stir in flour. Stir in remaining
ingredients with the exception of the pastry shells and paprika. Cook
on Low until thickened, stirring after every hour. Ready to serve
after 2-1/2 hours.

Bake pastry shells as directed on package. Spoon chicken and ham
medley into pastry shells and sprinkle with paprika. Serve
immediately.
