MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Farm-Style BBQ Ribs

     Yield: 4 servings

     4 lb Bone-in beef short ribs
    15 oz Thick & zesty tomato sauce
 1 1/2 c  Water
     1 md Onion; chopped
     6 oz Can tomato paste
   1/3 c  Brown sugar; packed
     3 tb Cider vinegar
     3 tb Worcestershire sauce
     2 tb Chili powder
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     2 ts Ground mustard
 1 1/2 ts Salt

 Place ribs in a 5 or 6 qt slow cooker. In a large
 saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a
 boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until
 slightly thickened. Pour over ribs; cook, covered, on
 low 6-8 hours or until tender.
