MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Albuquerque Turkey
Categories: Southwest, Turkey, Chilies, Crockpot
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 tb Canola oil
 1 1/4 lb Turkey breast tenderloins;
          - cut into 1" cubes
14 1/2 oz Diced Mexican-style tomatoes;
          - undrained
   1/2 md Bell pepper; thinly sliced
     1 tb Chili powder
     2 tb Lime juice
     1 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt

 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey in oil 4
 ~6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.  Transfer turkey to
 a crock-pot.

 Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on Low
 4-6 hours or until turkey is tender.

 Serve this with warmed flour tortillas and a salad.
