                           Low-Cal Meat Loaf

  1      pound         Lean ground beef
  2      cups          Shredded cabbage
  1      Medium        green pepper -- chopped
  1      teaspoon      Salt
  1      tablespoon    Dried onion flakes
    1/2  teaspoon      Caraway seed (optional)

 Throroughly combine all ingredients. Shape into round loaf. Place
accessory meat rack in crockpot. Place meat loaf on rack. Cover and cook
on High for 4 to 6 hours. Each serving 106 calories. Recipe may be doubled
for larger crockpots.
