MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Southwestern Goulash
Categories: Pasta, Beef, Vegetables, Herbs, Chilies
     Yield: 6 servings

     1 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
     1 lb Lean ground beef
     1 md Onion; chopped
    28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
     8 oz Can tomato sauce
   2/3 c  Frozen corn
     4 oz Can chopped green chilies
   1/2 ts Ground cumin
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced

 Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
 Meanwhile, in a 6 qt stockpot, cook and crumble beef
 with onion over medium heat until meat is no longer
 pink, 6-8 minutes; drain.

 Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, chiles and dry
 seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer,
 uncovered, until flavors are blended, about 5 minutes.
 Stir in macaroni and cilantro.
