MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow-Cooker Breakfast Casserole
Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese
     Yield: 12 Servings

    30 oz Bag shredded hash brown
          - potatoes
     1 lb Pork sausage; cooked,
          - drained
     1 md Onion; chopped
     4 oz Can chopped green chiles
 1 1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
    12 lg Eggs
     1 c  Milk
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper

 In a greased 5 or 6 qt slow cooker, layer half of the potatoes,
 sausage, onion, chiles, and cheese. Repeat layers. In a large bowl,
 whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over top. Cover and
 cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or until eggs are set.
