2 Chickens (2-1/2 lb);
-cut into 1/8ths
1 Onion; chopped
2 cl Garlic; chopped
Salt & white pepper; to taste
1 Green pepper; diced
1 md Very ripe tomato; peeled,
-seeded, and chopped
1 c Dry white wine
1 pn Cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover pot and set at Low.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
