1 lb Ground beef or venison
1 md Yellow onion -- chopped
1/2 Green peppers -- chopped
3 cl Garlic -- minced
2 Cans black or kidney beans --
- drained
2 Cans chili style stewed tomatoes
1 c Water
1 Beef bouillon cube
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Dried basil, oregano, thyme, and
- rosemary
Cayenne pepper or hot sauce --
- to taste
2 tb Fresh cilantro -- chopped
2 tb Chili powder
Brown ground beef or venison with the onion, garlic, and green
pepper. Drain and pour into the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients
and stir. Cook on low-med all day. Sometimes I serve this with
chopped onion, shredded cheese, and sour cream with tortillas.
