48 oz Canned chicken broth
1 ea Knoors vegetable cube
2 ea Chicken cubes
2 tb Dried minced onions
2 ea Ribs celery, diced
2 ea Frozen boneless ckn breasts
2 c Frozen mixed vegetables
2 c Medium egg noodles (yokeless)
USED 4 Quart crock pot.
Place still frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot, pour entire
contents of large can of chicken broth over chicken. Add diced
celery, dried diced onions and vegetable cube. Turn on high for 3
hours. Remove chicken, let cool and dice in largest pieces.
Cook frozen mixed vegetables in the microwave, add to broth while
chicken is cooling.
Right before serving soup, cook noodle separately in saucepan, drain
add to chicken broth. When liquid comes back up to temperature, add
diced chicken, heat a bit and serve or turn down to low.
