MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow Cooker Potato Soup

     Yield: 1 Servings

     2    Sweet onions, chopped
     2 lb Russet potatoes, chopped
          - into 1-2 inch pieces
     6    Cloves garlic, smashed
    32 oz Chicken stock or broth
          - (1 carton)
     1 T  Kosher salt
   1/2 t  Freshly ground pepper
   1/4 c  Half & half
          Shredded Cheddar cheese,
          - cooked bacon, and any
          - other topping you like

 1. Put everything to the slow cooker EXCEPT the half & half and
 toppings. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

 2. Use an immmersion blender until everything is as smooth (or
 chunky) as you like.

 3. Swirl in the half & half then ladle into bowls, letting each person
 choose toppings.
