MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow-Cooker Chicken Taco Salad
Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Chilies, Greens
     Yield: 6 servings

     3 ts Chilli spice mix
     1 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Seasoned salt
     1 ts Pepper
   1/2 ts White pepper
   1/2 ts Ground chipotle
   1/2 ts Paprika
   1/4 ts Dried oregano
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
 1 1/2 lb Chicken; boned, skinned
     1 c  Chicken broth
     9 c  Romaine; torn

MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------
          Avocado; sliced
          Cheddar cheese; shredded
          Tomato; chopped -OR-
          Cherry tomatoes; halved
          Green onions; sliced
          Salad dressing; your choice

 Mix seasonings; rub over chicken. Place in a 3 qt slow
 cooker. Add broth. Cook, covered, on low until chicken
 is tender, 3-4 hours.

 Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred with 2 forks. Serve
 over romaine; top as desired.
