1 lb Ground beef
4 oz Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
3/4 c Milk
1/3 c Catsup
1/2 c Sharp Cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 c Green pepper -- chopped
2 tb Instant minced onion
1 t Salt
1 c Potato chips -- crushed
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook and stir meat until brown; drain off
fat. Cook macaroni as directed on package;drain. In ungreased 2 qt
casserole, mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Cover, bake 40
minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with crushed potato chips and bake 5
minutes longer.
