Cook noodles in salted water and drain. Saute garlic and onion in
butter until wilted, add flour, blend over heat, and add milk. Cook,
stirring, until thickened and smooth; add tuna, sherry, salt and
pepper to taste. Other ingredients of your choice may be added with
the tuna (nuts, sliced olives, cooked peas or beans, quartered
artichoke heats). Put in 11/2 qu casserole. Mix crumbs, parsley, and
butter; sprinkle on top. Reheat in 350 oven 15 minutes.
